Gordon has been Managing Director of Novorem Group since July 2021. Under his leadership, Novorem has doubled enterprise value and secured growth capital for biotech laboratory expansion and international market growth into Europe, the Middle East and Africa. He has established partnerships with the Australian Government (Defence) and global environmental consulting firms for major remediation projects in the oil and gas, mining and petroleum sectors, and secured a commercial partnership with EkoGrid, a global environmental remediation company providing patented bioremediation technologies for removing hydrocarbon contaminants from soil, groundwater and sediment.

Gordon brings international commercial and cross-border financial experience from Asia, Europe and the US, and has successfully raised capital for emerging businesses in the media, aviation and clean-tech sectors.

Jenny has been a Director of Novorem Group since 2021. She led the repositioning of the group’s brand and marketing around a single proposition – nature healing nature – across its range of sustainable environmental clean-up solutions. The business grew revenue by 35% over three years and, following the sale of its manufacturing operations in 2024, now focuses on bioremediation for key customers including the Australian Defence Force and major mining clients in Australia and overseas.

Jenny brings senior leadership experience from consulting, media and market research, including as founding partner of Leap Strategic Insights / HiveCX, Managing Director ANZ of C-Space, Global Head of Customer Insights and Strategy at The Leading Edge, and Head of Audience Strategy and Insights at the Seven Network. She holds a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws from the University of Sydney.
